Location, staff is very good and friendly rooms comfortable big bed amazing

All rooms non smoking

The location is perfect, the room was comortable and nice. The staff was super friendly.

The shower could be cleaner

Hotel location is amazing

Lefts alter so slow and so crowded

Location, staff, clean

Great location on Sheikh Zayed Road, very convenient for moving around Dubai. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Nothing major. The stay was short, so I didn’t get to use all the facilities.

Location

They didn’t tell me that all the rooms became non smoking while they replied it is on availability when I booked

Reservation , front opffice check in went well .

I boked for 7 people a 3 Bed room apartment , however , I found there is no communication between reservation and room service . Everytime we had to ask for towels , toilet paper , tooth brush , water . For the kitchen no manual washing facility was kept . For cloath washing machine powder was not kept .The Breakfast area is congested and the staff were very very impolite . I did not like it a bit .

Location

Lift lobby has bad smell, no variety in breakfast

The Room Room itself was huge, breakfast was great, and location was right in the middle of the action. I would definitely stay again, if I come back to Dubai.

Traffic in front of the hotel, the road was under construction. Other than that no negative review from my part.

The rooms have a good size for this type of hotel. The breakfast is very good and not crowded. The location is 4 blocks from a metro station.

You need to bring earplugs. I doubt the windows have any sound proof—and for bedrooms facing a busy multiple-lane urban highway, it should be a basic feature.

They prepared something for my birthday and upgraded my room, all because I was there on my birthday. Their care and service is exceptional. It meant a lot to me. Thank you to all the staff!

I really liked the location — it’s within walking distance to the metro station and very close to the business center. The breakfast had a great variety with plenty of options to choose from. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.The staff were exceptionally friendly — everyone greeted guests with a smile and made sure nothing was missing.A special mention to one of the waiters at breakfast (I believe he was Sudanese or African) — he was very kind, helpful, and attentive. Thank you for your warm service!

During breakfast on the first day, I requested an omelet, but it was made spicy even though I didn’t ask for it.It would be appreciated if the chef could confirm preferences with guests before preparing dishes, as the spice caused me stomach pain afterward.

Yu have beautiful staff and speaking different language

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Amenities were very nice! The family suite was perfect for our family of 5. Will surely go back when visiting Dubai.

Great apartment for family with kids. Everything is available for the family comfort such as kitchen, washing machine, dish washer… etc. The staff are excellent as well.

All was good

The security guards were so unfriendly, every time i forget my room card they make me go back to the reception to make a new one while my card is in my room and i got from there side every time.
